 If you fork the CEPCSW and then create a merge request, the CI/CD will not start due to missing of gitlab runner. So you need to register the runner first.

+* First, you need to go to "settings" -> "CI/CD" -> "Runners". 
+* Click "New project runner". 
+* Save the token.
