Conceptual design of the physics infrastructure

Beyond the thermal neutron scattering physics, the type and number of outcoming particles from an interaction become a cup of soup, and can not be described by the old neutron-in-neutron-out interface. This issue documents new concepts for those new interactions, as well as the implementation.
