   2. fix threading problem (wait until all threads finished before calling XMLPlatformUtils::Terminate),
   3. handle dom, idom, sax all in one test case
Thus IThreadTest is removed.

This means that Xerces no longer relies on the Carbon.framework and
links only to CoreServices.framework, which allows it to be called
from a remote context where no GUI is available.

Adds support on Mac OS X for both of compiler drivers "cc" and "c++"; only
"c++" worked previously.

Fixes stricmp/strnicmp issue for FreeBSD.
