First implementation of Muon Digitization

1.) Implementation of the first version of Muon Digi as reported slides 9 and 10 in talk in Tuesday meeting 2024-09-10. Implementation is called by default in Detector/DetCRD/scripts/TDR_o1_v01/tracking.py.

2.) bug fixes in Geometry descriptions such as the cell id defination.

3.) Add MUON Detector ID.
