REC: add one of OTK version as patch

• Add OTKEndcap into simulation and tracking
  • remove outest FTD and add OTKEndcap
  • tracking: Example/options/tracking-patchOTK.py as example
  • sim: to swicth geometry_option in Detector/DetCRD/scripts/TDR_o1_v01/sim.py
