SIM: update vertex detector design and spatial resolution as designed

  • More detail for sensor of vertex detector. sensor
  • update the layout of vertex detector
    • update the radius of cable pipe to avoid overlap with vertex
  • update spatial resolution as designed
    • VXD: (4um,4um)->(5um,5um)
    • OTK: (5um,21um)->(10um,1mm)
