Draft: a further optimisation of the muon digi codes

lihn@ihep.ac.cn requested to merge lihn/CEPCSW:muon_digi_opt2 into master

Following a discussion with Mingshui today (1/mar/2025), in preparison of the physics sample production, this MR is going to do the following updates:

  1. A further optimisation of the muon digi codes, fix several mistakes.
  2. Define muon reco hit using a super-layer (i.e. with 2 layers crossing parpendicularly) Output muon reco hits with (x,y,z) position with a spacial resolution of 144 cm.
  3. Ghost hits are simulated and stored when more than two hits firing the same superlayer, i.e. when ambiguity happens according to the geometry.
