add muon digi update parameters to example scripts in CyberPFA package

refer to the discussions in Wechat group chat with Kaili, Mingshui ,et al, that many users are more often directly use the examples in CyberPFA package. So we here also update the updated muon digi parameters to the examples in CyberPFA package.
