Bug fixed in reconstruction of Endcap ToF.

maxt@ihep.ac.cn requested to merge maxt/CEPCSW:master into master

ToF Endcap name was changed in the release of tdr25.3.0, which caused loss in reconstruction of Endcap ToF. Thus we change the corresponding name in "TofRecAlg.cpp".
