Geometry: update VTX/VXD

FU Chengdong requested to merge fucd/CEPCSW:geo4 into master
  • reduce flex layer of ladder, and change sensitive thickness of ladder
    • in order to compatible old data, enlarge the height of support to keep same position of center of sensitive
  • reduce support thickness of ladder
  • change CFRP_CMS to CFRP_M40
  • change position of switchs
