Update TPCDndxAlg

zhaog@ihep.ac.cn requested to merge zhaog/CEPCSW:master into master

Remove the Hypotheses in Dndx due to the Key4Hep interface change. Users could calculate the hypotheses for difference particle species using SimplePIDSvc.
