Geom: update parameters and addition

• Update the dimensions of sub-detector to the last mechanics design
  • shown as
• Update MDI
  • From QD0 to Q1a and Q1b
  • Add tungsten absorber
  • change supperconduct to CrZrCu18150 and cooling to liquid Helium
• Add readout and endplate data into Gear
• Fix overlap of Ecal
