Geo: Add check overlap test for TDR_o1_v01 and update new TPC for tracking

  • Add check overlap test
  • Fix overlap with MDI while small z world size.
  • Fix overlap between TPC and outer tracker because of distance, which cause hits lost in simulation
  • Switch TPC to modular endplate in both simulation and reconstruction
    • In current TPC tracking for single muon event, some typical examples reconstructed to more than one track!
