move a hardcoded correction file path out into options in Crystal ECAL reconstruction

Together with @guofangyi we noticed the ECAL correction scale file from Weizheng is hardcoded, and should be moved out into the option file:

/cefs/higgs/songwz/summer24/CEPCSW_301/CEPCSW/workArea/scale.root

This MR is to fix this issue.
