8-layers muon detector geometry option

Add new baseline of Muon detector:

• 8-layers of barrel
• 6-layers of endcap

Also adjust the geometry according to most recent mechanical design. and fix a bug in storage of muon tracker hits.

Note currently we implemented Muon Detector as a tracker type. We will finalize a first version of digitization and reconstruction assuming Muon detector is a "tracker". Later on, because there are sufficient motivation for the Muon detector to privde capability of calorimetry, we will upgrade it to be a "calorimeter".
