Calorimeter geometry: Use the real ECAL and HCAL endcaps

• Update the TDR_o1_v01.xml: replace the temporary Polyhedra endcaps with real ECAL endcaps (By Weizheng Song) and HCAL endcaps (By Jiyuan Chen)
• Debug the short bar crystal ECAL geometry (for ECAL R&D only)
