Add 32 polygon crystal ECAL geometry and xml file

New geometry file for 32-polygon crystal bar ECAL (first ver.) Inner R = 1900 mm, outer R = 2200 mm, Z length 5900 mm. Sensitive material: BGO crystal, with 0.1 mm ESR wrapping. Material between 2 modules (for each size): Supporting: carbon fiber box, 5 mm. Cooling: copper plate, 1 mm Electronics: PCB+ASIC 1.2 mm + 1cm (material: PCB). SiPM: 2 3*3 mm SiPMs. One electronic board at the back of crystal module, thickness of 10 mm.

A draft version of Ref-Detector: Inner tracker: CRD_v01_01 vertex and silicon tracker. Main tracker: CEPC_v4 TPC. Outer R : 1800 mm, Z length: 5960 mm. Ecal barrel: 32-polygon crystal bar ECAL, as described above. Hcal barrel: 16-polygon glass HCAL, with SHcalSc04 geometry (symmetric 16-side polygon) Glass size: 40 * 40 mm. Glass thickness: 16.7 mm. Absorber (Steel) thickness: 13.8 mm. Totally 48 layers. Inner R: 2250 mm, Outer R: 3793 mm. Z length: 3300 mm
@fucd @lintao Shall we prepare a common geometry for the Reference detector, start from this draft version? This would be convenient for the full detector studies, e.g. PFA reconstruction. Thanks!
