cellIDs to SimTrackerHits in ILDExSimu
   - use ILDCellIDEncoder (needed for MarlinTrk)
   - uses the G4PhysicalVolume CopyNo
   - so far only SIT and VXD
     TPC hits still missing cellIds (and row-volumes)
