- added gear to SIT and VXD in ILDExDet 

  - fixed  geometry in ILDExVXD_geo.cpp, ILDExTPCSIT_geo.cpp
     wrt. to position of support ans sensitive ladders
  - added test_convert_ild_gear 
  - updated release notes
