- Attempt to fix MacOSX builds

  - Improve conditions handling. Started to implement using simple telescope
    detector from C.Burr.
  - Add variable DD4HEP_LIBRARY_PATH to be used on MacOSX El Capitane
    to overcome DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH protection issues.
  - Fix to copy with negative(rebased) IDDDescriptor fields
    (affects IDDDescriptor and VolumeManager).
    2 New tests:
    - ClientTests/Bitfield_SidesTest.xml to test readout string:
      system:8,barrel:-2
    - ClientTests/Bitfield_SidesTest2.xml to test readout string:
      system:16,barrel:16:-5

 - use DetectorSelector in dumpdetector

 - changed method signature: LCDD::detectors(unsigned int includeFlag,  unsigned int excludeFlag=0 )
   - allows to select sets of detectors with some properties and explicitely excluding others
   - see dumpdetector for example usage

  - added LCDDImp::detectors(unsigned int typeFlag, bool bitsSet)
  -> allows to set detector properties (with DetType) for DetElements and
    get sets of detectors with certain properties, e.g.
    ( DetType::TRACKER | DetType::BARREL ) selects all barrel trackers

 - added test_DetType.cc

 - removed random lines drawn in teveDisplay
 - dont't print DetectorData by default in dumpdetector

 - used in dumpdetector:
   dumpdetector compact.xml -d
