- use version suggested by A.Sailer for all but macos (APPLE)
   - added extra function dd4hep_generate_rootmap_apple()
     this version sources the thisXXX.sh scripts
     before running genmap - but does not seem to work for Linux
     -> needs to be resolved ...

    - ./bin/thisdd4hep.sh now initializes also ROOT
      and optionally geant4
    - cmake/thisdd4hep_package.sh.in is used in 
      examples to create thisILDExDet.sh and thisILDExSimu.sh
  
  - the thisdd4hep.sh script is now also used in the build process
    for generating the rootmap files

 - install thisdd4hep.sh in ./bin

    - is now  build standalone
    - needs proper setting of (DY)LD_LIBRARY_PATH 

commented out the copying of thisdd4hep shell script until proven that it's really needed

    - DDExamples no longer built with DD4hep
      => will become standalone packages
    - moved UtilityApps from DDExamples to root level
      apps are built by default
    - create DD4hepConfig.cmake
    

As version the revision number will be displayed (to avoid confusion). It is not yet set, this needs another change in CMakeLists.txt.

To have full information in the Doxygen documentation, 'dot' is needed (eg. in the software package graphviz).
