InitAClick: remove explicit loading of DD4hepPluginManager as this is done implicitely later on and causes a crash on some systems otherwise

LHeD: initAClick: give explicit location of DD4hep libraries so we don't pick them up from some other location

CMake: behave as before if BUILD_SHARED_LIBS is not defined. Needed for examples and DD4hep external packageS

Now just call it once when needed, otherwise it comes from the DD4hepConfig
This ensure that we do not create the Target when re compiling dd4hep packages
