UserParticleHandler: fix logic for long lived particles with pre-assigned decays that end in the calorimeter

fixes an issue where the MonteCarlo history becomes inconsistent with the history from the generator because the original particle entry is not updated

removed the -+ signs from variables for the result variable. This variable is passed as a macro to the compilation test and produces a warning otherwise. If using Werror this then fails

set in steering file with:
SIM.readerParameters = {"ParticlesPerEvent":"3"}

 - use skipNEvents for now as this is the only way to provide
   a parameter to a reader
 - updated the documentation

 - adds a primary vertex for every pair particle to the event
 - requires current DD4hep HEAD with new interface:
   Geant4EventReader::readParticles(int,Vertices&, Particles& )
