Improved version of MC particle handler, fix calorimeter hit aggregation with multiple contributions

Moved find_package calls to main cmakelists
moved include_directories to main cmakelists
only use dd4hep_generate_rootmap

   part of DD4hep, i.e. no external library option
   - however DDSegementationConfig is created for other packages to 
     build against it
 - changed library versioning of DDSegmentation to be in synch w/ DD4hep
   ( versions and so-versions)
 - some cleanup of geant4 stuff

   -D DD4HEP_USE_LCIO=1 ( -D LCIO_DIR=_lcio_install_dir_ )
     - LCIO_DIR is not needed when iLCSoft is initialized

   -D DD4HEP_USE_BOOST -D BOOST_ROOT=_path_to_boost_
 - client packages will automatically also use boost
   ( add_definition( DD4HEP_USE_BOOST ))

   - use version suggested by A.Sailer for all but macos (APPLE)
   - added extra function dd4hep_generate_rootmap_apple()
     this version sources the thisXXX.sh scripts
     before running genmap - but does not seem to work for Linux
     -> needs to be resolved ...

   of SensitiveDetectors
   (uncomment ###  add_subdirectory(DDSense) in CMakeLists.txt)

  - add some debug output to Geant4Converter.cpp
    -> visualization works in principle 
       but screen stays black
        -> issue w/ visualization attributes ??

 - prepared for a v00-01 test release

 - changed to use standard way of finding geant4 with CMake:
   -D Geant4_DIR=_path_to_Geant4Config.cmake 
   (this script provies also the dependencies used to build geant4)
