Segmentation driver for ScECAL stips MegatileLayerGridXY.cpp/h are updated to fix a problem which shows wrong hit positions.

   - updated release notes
   - increased version number
   - set DD4HEP_USE_CXX11 ON

 Added new MegatileLayerGridXY segmentation for Scintillator strip Ecal, which is implemented by K.Kotera, and used by SEcal04Hybrid geometry driver.

Geant4 10.2.2 has finally a proper Geant4Config.cmake no need anymore for complicated treatment of CLHEP

  functions defined in there (gcc4.4) 
 

I have never seen the compilation work and the error to load the library is usually irrecoverable[1]
It is just confusing for users when the compilation then also fails

Use same algorithm as used in Marlin EventSeeder

use a vector instead of a map to make the order of particles deterministic and not depend on the memory layout
This is a problem if more than one primary particle exists.
Now runs with the same randomseed will produce the same result

 Updated TiledLayerGridXY segmentation, and added two functions to set and access the layer identifier string, which may be defined in the compact xml file.
