Add user defined framework context to DDG4and make the G4RunManager instantiation a plugin this should consequently allow for user defined specializations.

Add component to allow the setup of the magnetic field tracking in Geant4 from python. See DDG4/examples/CLICSidSimu.py for the usage.

No code changes. Common code formatting removing tabs, replacing with spaces (tab-size=-2) + emacs reformatting.

Hopefully I got the assemblies right now. Assembly test added in examples/ClientTests. Please see also doc/release.notes
