- Perform XInclude at the end of each endElement callback, instead of doing it at the end (so that we clone smaller trees, instead of cloning the entire document)
- XInclude now reports notation and entity conflicts
- XInclude now reports invalid xi elements
- Fixed base URI handling in fallback elements
- Fixed memory leaks
