Prepare for DOM L3 : 

- Make use of the XMLEntityHandler/XMLErrorReporter interfaces, instead of using
EntityHandler/ErrorHandler directly.
- Add 'AbstractDOMParser' class to provide common functionality for XercesDOMParser
and DOMBuilder.
