a) remove the folder ./dtd which is not needed
b) book2project.xsl: recognize "container"
c) document2html.xsl: also recognize "container"
d) directory2project.xsl: able to generate "resource" files
e) any2header.xsl: the font for header should be smaller size (especially the sample header (e.g. DOMPrint) appears to be oversized)
