add the function to parse the multiple energy range of LC
requested to merge 11-hpipeline-add-the-function-to-generate-different-energy-bands-of-light-curves into master
- modify the self.lcpimin, and self.lcpimax from value to list
- add LOOP for energy ranges for light curve
