docs: add quickstart

lintao@ihep.ac.cn requested to merge lintao/docs/quickstart into master

In this quickstart, two different cases are documented:

  • One is using IHEP login node
  • Another is using local machines.

During adding the quickstart, the Dockerfile is updated as well to CentOS 7.9.2009
